How we work
Updated September 8, 2026
A videographer shows up, shoots, and hands you files. We run the whole thing from shoot day to the lead on your board, whether the job is weekly short-form, a brand film, a product launch or a festival weekend. These are the four parts that run underneath all of it.

You first. The business rides behind you.
Nobody follows a logo. They follow the coach, the gym owner, the DJ, the broker. A business page has to earn attention from scratch every time; a person already has it.
So every retainer starts by putting you on camera and pointing the attention at your business afterward. For a team, each person gets built up and the company accounts borrow everyone's audience. Your page grows, the business page grows off it, and the leads come to you by name.

You show up and talk. We handle everything else.
Most owners know they should be posting and never find the time to write it, film it, cut it and put it up. That is the whole reason it does not happen. So we take all of it off your plate. Before shoot day we write the scripts and build the shot list from your ideas and the questions your customers actually ask. On the day we plan it around your schedule and keep it to a morning.
After that it is ours. We edit every piece, write the captions, and post it for you across your accounts. Your part is a few hours in front of the camera a month. The rest of your week goes back to running your business, and you see the finished cuts and the schedule in RSoperations whenever you want to look.

After shoot day, the calendar runs itself.
You film once a month, a half day at your place. After that it's cut, queued and posted three times a week. Short videos, one recognizable format, no gaps.
Every caption carries your own link, so a lead from a post lands straight on your board. Every morning we check what is working, and the best posts get drafted for your other platforms too. You'll see the lead before you remember to check.

The videos are half of it. Knowing what they did is the other half.
Every retainer comes with RSoperations, the platform we run your account on, and you get it as your own. The pipeline where leads land. A booking page on your own domain. Your finished cuts, with approvals. The content calendar. An ideas drawer where next month's filming briefs wait for your yes. And the emails that send themselves: a confirmation the moment a consult is booked, a reminder before it, a follow-up after.
It comes with the retainer. There is no software bill.
