Social media management in Tampa

Updated September 22, 2026

Most social media managers schedule posts you still have to make. We make them. One shoot day a month at your place, then we cut, caption, schedule and post three times a week, and every lead lands on a board you can see. Tampa is home turf for us: no travel line, same two people, same rates.

What does done-for-you social media management include?

The plan for the month, the shoot day, the editing, the captions, the scheduling, the posting, and the board where leads from the posts show up. Your part is a few hours on camera a month and approving cuts from your phone.

What it doesn't include is us pretending to be you in the comments. We'll tell you what to reply to. The replies are better in your voice.

How is this different from a freelance social media manager?

A freelancer at $300 to $1,000 a month (Boomp, 2026) is scheduling and captions. The videos are still your problem, and that's the part nobody gets to. WebFX's 2026 pricing guide puts social media management at $500 to $5,000 a month across the board. Ask what's in the number. If the answer doesn't include a camera showing up at your business, you're buying half the job.

How much time does it save me?

Picmim's May 2026 survey of small business owners found the average owner spends 6.3 hours a week on social media. That's most of a workday, every week, from the person whose time is worth the most in the building. With us that becomes one morning a month.

How does social media management work in Tampa?

We're based in Tampa, so most of our shoot days already happen here. No travel line anywhere in Tampa. All of Tampa, plus Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel and Lutz, on the same terms.

Who we film in Tampa: gym floors, coaching studios, offices, shows and venues across the city. The owner is the brand in every one of those, so the camera points at the owner and the business rides behind. The planning, editing, captions and posting run from Tampa either way, and you approve cuts from your phone in RSoperations.

Here's where I disagree with most Tampa social media managers

Consistency is a volume game and a habit, not a mood. Three a week, every week, beats a burst and a gap, and the only way an owner hits that for a year is if the filming isn't on their to-do list. Manage the posting without making the videos and you've managed nothing.

What it costs

A monthly retainer starts at $1,000 a month for a solo expert or owner and $3,000 a month for a business building more than one person or brand. Both include the planning, a shoot day, the editing, the posting and RSoperations. Month to month, two rounds of revisions on every cut. No travel line for Tampa.

The full breakdown is on the pricing page. Book a call and we give you one number, not a menu.

Questions people ask first

Which platforms?
Instagram first for most of the businesses we work with, because that's where their leads come from. Once a cut exists, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts cost nothing extra to post to, so we do.
Do I keep my login and my account?
Yes. The accounts are yours. We post through a scheduler you can see, and RSoperations shows you what's queued.
Can you manage social media for a business in Orlando or Sarasota?
Yes, when there's a shoot day we can batch. The posting runs from Tampa. The filming is the drive. See the Orlando and Sarasota pages for how that works.
Is there a travel charge for Tampa?
No. No travel line anywhere in Tampa. All of Tampa, plus Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel and Lutz, on the same terms.
How fast can you start in Tampa?
A planning call this week, then the first shoot usually inside two weeks. First cuts land in the week after the shoot.
