Brand film production in Tampa

Updated September 22, 2026

The film that says who you are and why you do it. Shot over a day or two with real lighting and sound, cut for your site and your page, and it keeps working for years. It's the one piece you send the prospect who asks what you're about. Tampa is home turf for us: no travel line, same two people, same rates.

What is a brand film, and how is it different from weekly content?

Weekly content is the steady stream of short clips that keeps you in the feed. A brand film is one longer, higher-production piece, usually two to four minutes, that tells the story once and properly. You interview well, we film the work, and the two get cut together so the person watching knows who they'd be hiring.

Most small businesses asking for a brand film actually need the weekly content first, and the film second. We'll tell you which.

How is a brand film made?

A planning call where we find the story. A script and a shot list before anyone touches a camera. A shoot day or two at your place with two cameras, lights and a lav mic. Then an edit that takes longer than the shoot did: the interview cut first, the b-roll under it, music that's licensed for the web, color and sound finished properly. Two rounds of revisions, then the master and the vertical cuts for your page.

Where does a brand film go once it's done?

The top of your homepage. The link in your email signature. The proposal you send to the big client. And cut into short pieces for the feed, so the same shoot day feeds the calendar for a month. A brand film that only lives on the homepage is a nice film. One that gets cut into twenty clips is marketing.

How does a brand film work in Tampa?

We're based in Tampa, so most of our shoot days already happen here. No travel line anywhere in Tampa. All of Tampa, plus Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel and Lutz, on the same terms.

Who we film in Tampa: gym floors, coaching studios, offices, shows and venues across the city. The owner is the brand in every one of those, so the camera points at the owner and the business rides behind. The planning, editing, captions and posting run from Tampa either way, and you approve cuts from your phone in RSoperations.

Here's where I disagree with most Tampa brand film makers

They make the drone shot the star. The star is the person saying something true about why they do this. Fancy is a tax. A well-lit owner talking straight, with the work happening behind them, beats a light-leak montage every time.

What it costs

Brand films are quoted per film after the planning call. The quote includes the shoot days, the edit, licensed music, two rounds of revisions and the vertical cuts for social. Retainer clients get a film folded into the plan rather than a separate bill. No travel line for Tampa.

The full breakdown is on the pricing page. Book a call and we give you one number, not a menu.

Questions people ask first

How long is a brand film?
Two to four minutes for the main cut. Anything longer becomes a documentary, which is a different job. We also deliver a sixty to ninety second version for ads and the feed.
Do I need actors or a script I read?
No. You, your team and your customers, talking. We write the questions, not your lines. Scripted reads sound like scripted reads.
How long does it take?
A planning call, then the shoot usually inside two to three weeks, then two to three weeks of editing. Faster if the date matters.
Is there a travel charge for Tampa?
No. No travel line anywhere in Tampa. All of Tampa, plus Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel and Lutz, on the same terms.
How fast can you start in Tampa?
A planning call this week, then the first shoot usually inside two weeks. First cuts land in the week after the shoot.
