A monthly video retainer with RSO Media Group starts at $1,000 a month for a solo expert and $3,000 for multi-brand teams. Both include a shoot day, scripting, editing, posting and RSoperations.

What does a monthly video retainer include?

One shoot day a month at your place, the writing before it, the editing after it, the captions, posting three times a week, and RSoperations. Two people you can text.

What moves the price?

Three things: how many shoot days a month, how many brands or people we are building, and whether we run the accounts and replies for you.

How long is a shoot day?

Half a day. We arrive with the scripts written and a shot list built from your ideas drawer, so one morning covers the month.

How many videos do I get?

Enough to post three times a week, every week. Three a week, every week, beats a burst and a gap.

Do you post for us?

Yes. Once shoot day is done the calendar is ours to run. You approve cuts in RSoperations and see what's scheduled.

Do I have to be on camera?

Yes. Nobody follows a logo; they follow the person. We make it easy, and we cut around the fumbles.

What is RSoperations?

The client platform we run your account on: the board your leads land on, a booking page on your own domain, your finished cuts, the content calendar, the ideas drawer, and the emails that send themselves when someone books. Included, no software bill.

How much of my time does it take?

A few hours a month on camera. We write the scripts, plan the shoot around your day, edit everything and post it. You approve cuts from your phone.

How fast do we start?

A planning call, then a shoot day usually inside two weeks. First cuts land in week one after the shoot.

What happens in the first month?

Setup. We audit your pages, fix the forms and links that lose leads, build any account you're missing, and shoot. Posting starts as soon as the first cuts clear.

Who owns the footage?

You do. The finished videos and the footage from your shoot days are yours to keep and use anywhere. We keep a working copy so we can keep cutting and posting.

Is there a contract?

Retainers run month to month. No annual lock-in.

Where do you work?

Tampa Bay: Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. We travel for the right project.

Who do I talk to?

Ricky or Grayson. There is nobody in between.
