RSO is a small crew that ships client work every week. When the retainers grow, so does the roster, and we hire makers, not managers. You'll work directly with Ricky and Grayson on real accounts: shoots, edits and posts that go live the same month you make them.

We're building a bench of video editors who can cut a hook in the first two seconds, photo editors who hold a look across a shoot day, designers whose covers and carousels survive a phone screen, and shooters and producers who flag problems early. Project-based to start, ongoing when the fit is right. Tampa Bay is a plus; great editors can be anywhere.

What the work looks like: our clients are coaches, gym owners, brokers and founders, filmed at their own businesses. Editors get a day of footage of a real person being good at something, with restarts and the occasional dog in frame, and turn it into short cuts that keep the person sharp and the point in the first two seconds. First cuts land the week after the shoot, the client reviews them in RSoperations, and after two rounds of revisions they post. Shooters and producers need to be in Tampa Bay, because that is where the shoot days are. Editors and designers can be anywhere.
