Updated September 22, 2026
Video marketing is video with a job. We plan the campaign before anyone picks up a camera, film it at your place, cut it, post it on a schedule, and show you which video brought which lead. Tampa Bay, since 2024. Lakeland is forty minutes up I-4 from us, an easy morning.

What's the difference between video production and video marketing?
Production hands you a file. Marketing decides what the file is for, puts it in front of the right people on a schedule, and tells you what happened. Most Tampa video companies sell the first thing. We sell the second, and the first comes with it.
In practice that means a plan for the month, a shoot day built around it, a posting calendar, and RSoperations so every lead from a video lands on a board with the video's name on it.
What does a video marketing plan look like for a small business?
One page. Who you're talking to, which one or two platforms, three posts a week, the topics for the month, and the shoot day that covers them. If the plan doesn't fit on one page you won't be following it by March. We write it with you on the planning call and you approve it before we film.
How do you know if the videos worked?
Every caption carries your own link, and your booking page sits on your own domain, so a lead from a post shows up on your board with where it came from. Three or four simple numbers: posts out, leads in, calls booked, from which video. Enough to decide what to film next month. HubSpot's 2026 State of Marketing report has short-form video as the top ROI format marketers named, at 49%. Your own board tells you whether that's true for you.
How does video marketing work in Lakeland?
Lakeland is forty minutes up I-4 from us, an easy morning. Lakeland adds a small travel line, stated on the quote. Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow and Plant City, on the same terms. Plant City usually has no travel line at all.
Who we film in Lakeland: owner-run businesses downtown, gyms and coaches, brokers working the lakes and the new builds, and the event venues. The owner is the brand in every one of those, so the camera points at the owner and the business rides behind. The planning, editing, captions and posting run from Tampa either way, and you approve cuts from your phone in RSoperations.
Here's where I disagree with most Lakeland marketing agencies
They send a twelve-page report and hide the number that matters. If you can't say what a video did for the business, you're guessing. I want three or four metrics on one screen and a shoot day planned off them. That's the whole job.

What it costs
A monthly retainer starts at $1,000 a month for a solo expert or owner and $3,000 a month for a business building more than one person or brand. Both include the planning, a shoot day, the editing, the posting and RSoperations. Month to month, two rounds of revisions on every cut. Lakeland adds a small travel line, stated on the quote.
The full breakdown is on the pricing page. Book a call and we give you one number, not a menu.
Questions people ask first
- Do you run paid ads too?
- We cut the videos for them and we'll tell you which organic posts earned a budget behind them. Ad account management is quoted separately when you want it.
- Do you also do the posting and captions?
- Yes. That's the point. You approve the cuts in RSoperations and the calendar runs itself.
- What industries do you work with in Tampa?
- Gyms and fitness coaches, event and festival organizers, founders, brokers and realtors, clinics. Small businesses where the owner can be the face.
- Is there a travel charge for Lakeland?
- Lakeland adds a small travel line, stated on the quote. Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow and Plant City, on the same terms. Plant City usually has no travel line at all.
- How fast can you start in Lakeland?
- A planning call this week, then the first shoot usually inside two weeks. We plan the shoot day tighter than usual, because we're not coming back on Thursday for the thing we missed.
