What does event coverage include?
The plan before it, the crew during it, and the edit after it. Before the day we walk the run of show with you and mark the five moments that have to be on camera. On the day we run two cameras so nothing is a one-shot gamble. After it you get a recap under a minute, a longer film if the event earns one, and a set of short clips to post over the following weeks.
The shooting is the smallest part. An event that nobody sees afterward might as well not have been filmed.
What kinds of events do you film?
Festivals and DJ sets, grand openings, fitness competitions, conferences, launches and boat shows. We filmed a Tampa gym's grand opening with two shooters, a recap reel and interviews with the owner and the members who showed up, and we did three shoots in the weeks before to promote it. We cover backstage at bodybuilding shows. We film for a yacht brokerage at the shows they work.
We do not film weddings.
How fast is the recap?
Same day if you book it that way. One shooter cuts on a laptop while the other keeps filming, and the first clip goes up while the crowd is still there. The full recap lands inside a week, and the clips roll out on a schedule after that so the event keeps selling next year's tickets for a month.

Here's where I disagree with most Orlando event videographers
They sell you a highlight reel and call it done. The recap is fine. The value is the twenty clips that come out of the same footage over the next six weeks, each one a reason for someone to buy a ticket or book a table. Ask any event videographer how many posts you'll get. If the answer is one, keep looking.

What it costs
Event coverage is quoted per job and usually lands between $1,000 and $4,000 per day of the event, edit included. The number moves with how many shooters you need, how many days it runs, and what you want cut from it afterward. Orlando adds a travel line we put on the quote before you say yes. - How many shooters do I need?
- Two for anything with a stage and a crowd. One camera on the stage misses the crowd, and the crowd is the sell. One shooter is fine for a small opening or a talk.
- Do you need a shot list from me?
- No. We build the run of show with you on a call and bring the shot list. You point out the people who matter on the day.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Four to six weeks is comfortable. Festival season fills up. If it's sooner than that, call and we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.
- Is there a travel charge for Orlando?
