We film in gyms more than anywhere else. One morning a month at your place while you train people, then a month of posts on your page and the gym's page. You coach. What does gym video content look like when it works?
It looks like the owner. Not the logo, not the equipment, not a montage of plates with a beat under it. The coach talking to camera between clients about the thing they just corrected on someone's squat. Twenty seconds, one cut, straight information.
Around that we film the floor: the 6am crowd, the PR attempt, the member who has been coming for a year. That footage sits under the talking clips and stands on its own as short posts. A gym has more usable moments in one morning than most businesses have in a month.
How does a shoot day at a gym run?
We show up when you open and we're gone by lunch. You run your sessions. We follow. Between clients you sit down for an hour and knock out the talking parts from a script we wrote with you the week before. Nobody memorizes anything. If you start ranting about people who skip leg day, we film the rant.
Members sign a quick release or we keep them out of frame. Music stays off the cuts unless it's added in the app, so nothing gets muted later.
Should the videos go on my page or the gym's page?
Yours first. Nobody follows a logo; they follow the person. At a gym we work with in Tampa, the owner's personal page is the main driver of the business, so that's where the effort goes. The gym page posts less often and borrows his audience.
For a coaching brand the same rule holds: the coach's face, the coach's opinions, three posts a week, and a booking page that drops every lead on the coach's board.

Here's where I disagree with most Orlando gym content
Most of it is transformation photos and motivational text over b-roll. That's wallpaper. The gyms that grow on social are the ones where a real person says something useful and slightly opinionated three times a week. Fancy is a tax. Say the thing.

Questions people ask first
- Do my members have to be on camera?
- No. We keep anyone who doesn't want to be filmed out of frame, and anyone who does signs a one-line release. The owner and coaches are the faces. Members are background unless they ask to be more.
- What if I already have a gym page with a few thousand followers?
- Good. We keep it alive with one or two posts a week and put the growth effort on the owner's personal page, then point that audience at the gym. A business page grows faster behind a person than on its own.
- Can you cover our grand opening or a competition?
- Yes. We filmed a Tampa gym's grand opening with two shooters, a recap reel and interviews with the owner and members, after three shoots in the weeks before to promote it. Event days are quoted separately from the retainer.
- Is there a travel charge for Orlando?
