What does a monthly videographer include?
One shoot day a month at your place. The scripts written before we arrive. The editing after. Captions, scheduling and posting three times a week. And RSoperations, where you approve cuts, see the calendar and watch leads land. Two people you can text. There is no software bill.
When does a retainer beat paying per project?
When you'll need video again next month, which for a business trying to grow on social is always. A per-project shoot at $1,200 to $3,000 a day (INDIRAP, 2026) plus editing buys one thing once. A retainer at $1,000 a month buys a shoot day, the edit, the posting and the platform, every month, and the footage bank grows so gaps can't happen.
A one-off beats a retainer when the job really is one thing: a grand opening, a brand film, a show. We do those too, by the day.
How fast do we start?
A planning call, then the first shoot usually inside two weeks. First cuts land in week one after the shoot, and posting starts as soon as they clear. Month to month. No annual lock-in.

- Retainers run month to month, so yes. We'll tell you honestly that a gap costs reach, because the platform stops showing you to people when you give it nothing.
- Do you post for us?
- Yes. You approve the cuts in RSoperations. The calendar is ours to run.
