Personal brand video in St. Petersburg
Updated September 22, 2026
Nobody follows a logo. They follow the founder, the broker, the coach. We build the person first and point the attention at the business afterward. You show up and talk. We plan it, film it, cut it and post it. St. Petersburg is home turf for us: no travel line, same two people, same rates.

Why build the person and not the company page?
Because a business page has to earn attention from scratch every time, and a person already has it. Your face in someone's feed three times a week does what a company logo never will: it makes them feel like they know you before they call. That's most of the sale for a broker, a realtor, a coach or a founder.
The company account still gets fed. It borrows your audience instead of building its own.
What do I talk about?
The questions your customers ask you every week. The mistake you see people make before they call you. The deal that almost fell apart and why. We write a script from those before shoot day so you know the topics, and then on the day you don't read it. You talk. There's never a stutter in a rant.
A realtor has a listing tour in every house they walk into. A broker has a market opinion every Monday. A founder has the story of why they started. None of it needs a set.
How much of my time does this take?
A few hours a month in front of the camera. One shoot day, usually a morning, at your office, your listing, your shop or wherever you actually work. After that the month runs without you: we cut, you approve from your phone in RSoperations, we caption and post, and every lead from a video lands on a board you can see.
How does personal brand video work in St. Petersburg?
St. Pete is thirty minutes over the Howard Frankland from us and we treat it as home. No travel line for St. Petersburg or south Pinellas. St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Largo, Pinellas Park and the beaches, on the same terms.
Who we film in St. Petersburg: owner-run gyms and studios, founders downtown, and the venues and festivals along the waterfront. The owner is the brand in every one of those, so the camera points at the owner and the business rides behind. The planning, editing, captions and posting run from Tampa either way, and you approve cuts from your phone in RSoperations.
Here's where I disagree with most St. Petersburg agencies
They film the houses and the boats and the office and never the person. Then they wonder why nobody follows. The person is the brand. Point the camera at the owner, let them be a little opinionated, and the listings and the products sell themselves in the background.

What it costs
A monthly retainer starts at $1,000 a month for a solo expert or owner and $3,000 a month for a business building more than one person or brand. Both include the planning, a shoot day, the editing, the posting and RSoperations. Month to month, two rounds of revisions on every cut. No travel line for St. Petersburg.
The full breakdown is on the pricing page. Book a call and we give you one number, not a menu.
Questions people ask first
- I hate being on camera. Is this for me?
- Every owner says that before the first shoot. The first twenty minutes are stiff and none of it gets used. Then I ask about a real client and you forget the camera exists. It has happened on every shoot.
- Can you do this for a team of brokers or agents?
- Yes. That's the multi-brand retainer: each person gets built up on their own page and the brokerage account borrows everyone's audience.
- Do you post for me or just hand over files?
- We post. Scheduling, captions, your own link in every caption so leads are tracked. You approve cuts, that's your job in it.
- Is there a travel charge for St. Petersburg?
- No. No travel line for St. Petersburg or south Pinellas. St. Petersburg, Gulfport, Largo, Pinellas Park and the beaches, on the same terms.
- How fast can you start in St. Petersburg?
- A planning call this week, then the first shoot usually inside two weeks. First cuts land in the week after the shoot.
