How is this different from a freelance social media manager?
A freelancer at $300 to $1,000 a month (Boomp, 2026) is scheduling and captions. The videos are still your problem, and that's the part nobody gets to. WebFX's 2026 pricing guide puts social media management at $500 to $5,000 a month across the board. Ask what's in the number. If the answer doesn't include a camera showing up at your business, you're buying half the job.
How much time does it save me?
Picmim's May 2026 survey of small business owners found the average owner spends 6.3 hours a week on social media. That's most of a workday, every week, from the person whose time is worth the most in the building. With us that becomes one morning a month.

Consistency is a volume game and a habit, not a mood. Three a week, every week, beats a burst and a gap, and the only way an owner hits that for a year is if the filming isn't on their to-do list. Manage the posting without making the videos and you've managed nothing.

- Instagram first for most of the businesses we work with, because that's where their leads come from. Once a cut exists, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts cost nothing extra to post to, so we do.
- Do I keep my login and my account?
- Yes. The accounts are yours. We post through a scheduler you can see, and RSoperations shows you what's queued.
- Can you manage social media for a business in Orlando or Sarasota?
