What does a content creation team actually do all day?
Mostly not filming. The filming is one morning a month. The rest is planning what to say before the camera comes out, cutting a day of footage into the twelve moments worth keeping, writing captions, scheduling, checking what worked, and briefing the next shoot. That's the part an owner never has time for and an in-house hire usually can't do alone.
In-house content creator or an outside team?
In-house wins when you need someone filming five days a week and you have a manager for them. For most small businesses that's a salary for a job that takes one morning a month to film. Outside wins on cost, on having two people instead of one, and on not starting over when they leave. Your footage and finished videos are yours either way.
Who is on the team?
Ricky and Grayson. Ricky runs the first camera and talks to you the whole shoot. Grayson runs the second and the schedule. Editors we've worked with for years cut behind us. There is nobody in between you and the people doing the work.

A monthly retainer starts at $1,000 a month for a solo expert or owner and $3,000 a month for a business building more than one person or brand. - Yes. Shoot day covers stills for the feed, headshots and the brand assets a business page needs, alongside the video.
- What if I want more than one shoot day a month?
- That's the multi-brand retainer, or an added shoot day priced on the call. More shoot days is the main thing that moves the price.
- Do you write the scripts?
- Yes, from your ideas and the questions your customers ask. You read it once and then don't recite it. It exists so you know the topics.
- Is there a travel charge for Sarasota?
